Warranty
Generally, all the electromobility products are followed by warranty of 1 year and have lifetime support from all our collaborators .
For information purposes, wear and tear or damage caused by abuse is not covered. The warranty only covers you against manufacturing defects. Accidental damage or wear and tear, abuse, attempted tricks, water damage, neglect, exceeding the weight limit, changing settings or anything else that results in damage caused by the user is not covered by the warranty.
